Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MetaChatsBot, a Telegram bot that forwards you business requests found in open community chats. By starting the bot or paying for a subscription you agree to them.

1. Who provides the service

The service is operated by Mikhail Novikov, an individual entrepreneur ("we", "us"). Contact details are on the contact page. Payments made by card are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which becomes the seller of record for that transaction and issues your invoice.

2. What the service does

MetaChatsBot follows publicly accessible community chats in the regions we cover. When a message matches the region and the niche profile you selected, the bot forwards it to you in Telegram. You then decide whether to contact the author yourself.

The bot reads only chats that are open to any Telegram user. It does not join private groups, does not access your personal correspondence, and never sends messages to anyone on your behalf.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for lawful business purposes. You need an active Telegram account.

4. Free trial

New users get a free trial. During the trial requests are delivered with a delay and only from a limited set of chats. The trial exists so you can see how the bot works before paying; it is not intended to generate revenue. We may change or end trial terms at any time.

5. Subscription and payment

• Prices are listed on the pricing page in US dollars and depend on the region you select in the bot, as each region is priced for its local market.
• You choose the term (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the number of niche profiles before paying.
• This is a one-time payment, not a recurring subscription. You are never charged again without starting a new payment yourself, so there is nothing to cancel.
• Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

6. Delivery

The service is delivered inside Telegram. Once payment is confirmed, your subscription end date is updated and requests begin arriving. You can check your status at any time with the /status command in the bot.

7. Your responsibilities

• The subscription is for one Telegram account. Do not resell, share or redistribute the requests you receive.
• When you contact people whose messages you received, follow the rules of the chat they posted in and the law that applies to you. You are solely responsible for how you approach them and for the content of your own messages.
• Do not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to promote illegal goods or services, or in any way that would breach Telegram's terms.

8. What we do not guarantee

We forward requests that appear in open chats. We cannot control how many such requests are posted, and we do not guarantee any number of requests, any level of quality, or any business result. We do not guarantee that you will win clients.

We aim to keep the service continuously available, but interruptions can happen — including ones caused by Telegram, by the chats themselves being closed or deleted, or by technical maintenance.

9. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access without a refund if you breach these terms, in particular section 7. Where the breach is minor and fixable, we will normally warn you first.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period during which the issue arose. We are not liable for lost profit or for consequences of your own communication with third parties.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be announced in the bot.
